How do I spend my points?

Before you can spend your points, you must download them onto your Love2shop card. It's really easy to do, simply:

- go to the Rewards store
- add your points to your basket (remember 1 points = £1.00)
- click the shopping cart or 'view basket'
- click 'checkout'

When will the points appear on my Love2shop card?

Funds should be loaded to your card within 3 full working days at most, you will recieve an automated email when the funds are ready to spend!

Please fill out a 'Contact Us' form should the above timeframe pass.

What happens if I lose my card?

Please keep your card number in a safe place as you will need this should you need to report your card lost or stolen.

In the event of you losing your card, please call our 24/7 automated service on 0844 7709015 to suspend your card. You are responsible for any unauthorised use of a lost or stolen card prior to it being reported to us. There is an admin charge of £8.90 to have a replacement card sent secure delivery
